Some of my art and writing are more fantastical, exploring human emotion through dark fairytales, half in reality, half in the surreal. Other pieces of work are piercing and straight to the heart of the issue.  Whether more entertaining or serious, I try to find beauty and meaning in the unusual. This extends to all the varied circumstances and ranges of emotions we experience. 

Art and writing are my first passion and this site will be the birth of everything that is most meaningful in my life to come. Enjoy!  But also there is something more if you like…

My passion is to inspire and help people so I have also combined my creativity with my experience as a phobia therapist to create my innovative approach to coaching. My ‘creative courage coaching’  helps people to build confidence, explore emotions, and learn how to make powerful, positive, and effective change within the framework of creativity.

My goal: Leave a legacy through creating words and images that touch the soul, inspire imagination, challenge stale mindsets, motivate transformation, and stir hidden feelings.  Since also becoming a well-being coach, I use art therapy and the power of stories and imagination as a way to heal and connect with mindfulness.
